Air India cabin crew interviews must complete class 12. On May 24, Air India notifies that it will start a walk-in recruitment drive for cabin crew. It stated that they have always been the wings of the nation and now they are on a mission to be the #WingsofChange. Akasa Air and Jet Airways are also on a recruitment drive.
Air India tweeted, “Want to be a part of the #WingsOfChange? Now’s your chance! Don’t miss our recruitment drive, and your chance to be a part of our transformation.” Cabin crew walk-in interviews will be organized in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.

Eligibility
- The candidate must be an Indian national. A PAN card, passport, and Aadhaar card.
- An eligible candidate must be between 18 to 27 years of age whereas it is 32 years for an experienced cabin crew.
- Male candidates must be of 172 cm minimum and female candidates’ height requirement is 157 cm. (minimum)
- The candidate must have completed class 12 minimum with 60 percent marks from a recognized board or university.
- The applicant must be fluent in English and Hindi.
- Must have 6/6 vision.
