E vehicles exemption registration certificate fees. Battery operated / E- vehicles exempted from registration certificate fees . To encourage e-mobility Ministry of Road Transport and Highways issued a notification to exempt E-vehicles or battery-operated vehicles from the fees for issue or renewal of registration certificate . Ministry also give exemption to battery-operated vehicles from the payment of fees for assignment of new registration marks .
