Why did Captain Amarinder Singh resign from his office?
CM Amarinder resigned from his office because of Navjot Singh Sidhu. He said that Sidhu always used abusive language against him and his government. He added that he is old enough to be his father but abused him publicly and in person.
He said that Navjot Singh Sidhu is an acolyte of the Pakistani deep state and publicly hugged the Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan and Army Chief Gen Bajwa, who according to him are responsible for sending terrorists across the border to kill Indians.
In the letter, he told Sonia Gandhi that despite knowing him for 52 years in public life she never understood him or his character. He said that he is neither tired nor retired because he feels to give and contribute to his beloved Punjab.
Captain called Harish Rawat the most dubious individual. He also attacked Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Rahul Gandhi for patronizing Navjot Singh Sidhu.
