CBSE allowed students to change their examination city for term 1. On October 20, The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a notice for class 10th and 12th students, who want to change their examination center. CBSE examination controller Sanyam Bhardwaj said that the board took this decision because there are students who are still not in the city of their school and currently staying somewhere else.
How students can change the examination city?
CBSE examination controller told that CBSE will give instructions to change the examination city for term 1 examination. Students can make requests to their respective schools then the schools will forward their requests to CBSE through an online mode. Students must remember one thing that this option will only be available for a short duration, which means no request will be accepted after the given time.

The board asked the students to visit the official website of CBSE on a regular basis so that students who want to change their examination centers for the term 1 examination can make their requests in a given period.
Pargat Singh opposed the decision of CBSE to include Punjabi in the minor subjects
Recently, the Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) released the date sheet for classes 10 and 12. Pargat Singh who is the education, higher education, and languages minister of Punjab opposed this decision because earlier Punjabi was under the main subjects. He said that it is a conspiracy to deprive students of their mother tongue. He further added that it is an injustice and against the spirit of the Indian Constitution. He said that mother tongues must be included under the main subjects such as Punjabi in Punjab. He asked the board to rethink their decision.
