On June 10, The Punjab government announces to start of a Volvo bus service from Punjab to Delhi airport and from Delhi airport to Punjab as well. This service will start from June 15. Aditionally, it will cost people half fare than the private buses. Earlier, private buses were charging people as per their interests, which cost passengers a lot of amounts. This service is start to break the nexus of private bus mafia.

CM Mann claimed that this service has been started to spend the money of people for their welfare only. In his opinion, their money should be returned in terms of facilities. Earlier, this was not the case as a bunch of people used this money for their private gains.
