Kalrock and Jalan resolution approved restarting Jet Airways services. Kalrock and Jalan resolution is approved to start Jet Airways services again. Mumbai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal ( NCLT ) approved the resolution and 90 days given to Directorate General Civil Aviation ( DGCA ) and Civil Aviation Ministry for allotment of slots to the company. If they do not allow slots in the given time then the company will approach NCLT again to get the extension in resolution. Kalrock and Jalan gave a resolution plan of 1375 crore rupees to restart Jet Airways operation. Ashish Chhawchharia’s company will oversee the restoration program which will restart both international and domestic slots.
