PM Modi tweeted, “Met top leaders in Tokyo. They focussed on diverse topics ranging from innovation to investment, tech to textiles, and reforms to StartUps. There is great enthusiasm toward India and there is great appreciation for the entrepreneurial skills of India’s youth.”
What is a Quad?
Indian Ambassador to Japan, Sanjay Kumar Verma stated that Quad is a positive agenda that they do not target India only, but peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region should be adhered to. They want to see the international laws followed. They want to see that no country takes the root of coercive economic policy. The prime agenda of the Quad is peaceful, stable, and prosperous Indo-pacific.
