Mohali first district started door to door vaccination facility. Mohali became the first district to start need based door to door vaccination facility. Girish Dayalan ( DC of Mohali ) told that administration has started this facility for senior citizens, physically challenged or weak people but can be given to those females who did not vaccinate yet.
Need-based door-to-door vaccination facility being provided within 24-48 hours. Google sheet being used to maintain record of people who are vaccinated under this scheme.
Although scheme is started for senior citizens and physically challenged persons but will be given to Residents Welfare Association ( RWA ), NGOs and associations also.
