Pakistan demanding elections dissolve assemblies Imran Khan. On May 26, There is a protest going on in Pakistan against the ruling government. Presently, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is leading the government. Former PM Imran Khan is leading the protest and is calling the government a “Fascist imported government.” An immense number of protestors are on the roads and demand elections.
Imran Khan asked for elections and dissolution of assemblies
While addressing the protestors Imran Khan said that he want to give a message to the imported rulers, he is giving six days to the government to announce elections. He wants elections in the month of June. If the government does not do the same then he will come to Islamabad (capital of Pakistan) with his people. Furthermore, he slammed the present government by saying the present rulers are not able to run the administration.
No hurdle is there as Supreme Court allowed
Imran Khan stated that this time no obstacle would be there on their (protestors’) way to Islamabad. He will gather 20 lakh people in the capital if the government does not announce the elections. Additionally, Supreme Court allowed Imran Khan to hold a peaceful protest.
