Modi launched customized crash course one lakh corona warriors. On June 18, Friday PM Modi has launched a customized crash course for one lakh corona warriors. The course is designed under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 3.0 which will be inaugurated in 111 training centers across 26 states. Rs. 276 crore will be spent on this program which will give new energy to the existing health sector.
Six new customize courses are being introduced under which youth workers will be trained for basic care support, home care support, emergency care support, sample collection, and medical equipment support. This program will help youth workers to skill, de-skill, and upskill themselves.
PM Modi praised ASHA, ANM, Anganwadi workers, and workers in village dispensaries. He said that they are the strongest pillar of the health sector but despite being an important part of the discussion, they remain outside. Health workers played a vital role in curbing the spread of the virus and in the vaccination drive.
PM Modi appealed to people to follow corona protocols, wear masks and maintain social distancing. He also discussed the free vaccination program for 18+ adults.
