PM Modi will transfer 700 crores to 1.47 lakh beneficiaries of Tripura today. On November 14, Prime Minister’s Office has informed that PM Modi will transfer the first installment of Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G) to more than 1.47 lakh beneficiaries of Tripura. ANI reported that Under 700 crore are going to be credited to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.
The PMO further added that following the Prime Minister’s intervention, they have taken into account the unique geo-climatic conditions of Tripura, the definition of ‘Kutcha’ house has been specifically changed for the state. So, Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G) might help the people of Tripura to change their ‘Kutcha’ house into ‘Pucca’ house.
