Punjab govt e Punjab portal teacher general transfer March 29, The Punjab government has started an initiative for teachers. A portal has opened for general transfers through which teachers can apply online. Education Minister Punjab Harjot Singh Bains stated that those teachers who are willing to get transferred can apply through the e-Punjab portal from March 28 to 31.
Only online transfer requests will be accepted. Offline applications will not be considered. Harjot Singh Bains said that transfers would be made in accordance with the teacher transfer policy of 2019 and the revised policy of 2020.
Punjab University permits one-year internships for outsiders
The applications of computer faculty/non-teaching staff/teachers will only be accepted if the details filled in by them are found to be corrected. Bains also say that teachers who get transferred during the years 2019, 2021, and 2022, however, the orders were not implemented due to technical reasons will get a chance to cancel the orders.
