Punjab govt present paperless budget get 1500 on portal. On May 25, the Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann tweeted that this time Punjab will have a paperless budget. This will be beneficial for saving 21 lakh rupees and 34 tonnes of paper. It will also be advantageous to save approximately 814-834 trees. He added, ”Another step towards E-Governance.”
Portal for farmers to get 1500/- per acre
The Punjab government asked farmers to sow paddy crops by the direct method. Furthermore, CM Mann announced to give 1500/- rupees (per acre) to every farmer who will adopt this method.
