Through a tweet, Punjab Youth Congress told that Rahul Gandhi (leader of Congress party) will announce the chief minister face for Punjab on February 6. He will announce at 2 pm through a virtual rally from Ludhiana. A pre-recorded message through the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) was sent to mobile numbers of voters across the state. Rahul Gandhi will gather voter feedback on the chief ministerial candidate.
