
ICSE revised date sheet first term examination classes 10 12
The revised date sheet is out for the first term examination for classes 10 and 12 ICSE. On October 23, The revised date sheet for the first term examination for classes 10 and 12 has been released by The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE). Gerry Arathoon, Chief Executive of CISCE said that the council received mails from heads of schools, parents, and students who expressed their problems if the first term examination were to be conducted online. He said that the examination will be held in offline mode because there is the unavailability of devices, irregular power supply, and network problems. He added that after discussions offline exams will be conducted in their respective schools and guidelines will be announced shortly.
Key points of ICSE revised date sheet
As per the revised date sheet, the examination for class 10 will be conducted from November 29 to December 16. The duration of the exam will be one and a half hours, which will start at 11 am. Examination for class 12 from November 12 to December 20, which will start from 2 pm. Students will get 10 extra minutes to read the question paper. The chief executive and the secretary told that the council decided to postpone the first term examination for classes 10 and 12 due to reasons beyond their control.
