Correct vaccination status through CoWIN register six beneficiaries

Correct vaccination status through CoWIN register six beneficiaries. On January 21, the central government made an announcement regarding vaccine registration on CoWIN platform. It stated that to get an anti-COVID dose six beneficiaries can register using the same mobile number. Earlier, only four beneficiaries could register using the same mobile number. 

 

Vaccination status can also be corrected on CoWIN

 

Beneficiaries can correct their vaccination status on CoWIN. Beneficiaries can update their vaccination status from fully vaccinated to unvaccinated or partially vaccinated and also partially vaccinated to unvaccinated. The changes may take three to seven days after submitting the online request. Users can make corrections to their names, birth year, gender on the vaccination certificates. 

 

Steps to make corrections in vaccination status

 

Visit www.cowin.gov.in

Sign in by entering your mobile number

Enter the six-digit OTP received on your mobile 

Click verify and proceed

Go to account details 

If you are vaccinated, you will see a “Raise an issue” click on it

On clicking the “Raise an issue” button will ask you  ” What is the issue?” – On clicking “Correction in certificate” click on the error that you want to get corrected 

After this, you can update your information and get an error-free certificate after verifications.
